A Study on the Performance Evaluation System of Microfinance Companies Under Dual Objectives

Microfinance companies are the result of China’s rural financial reform. Since their creation, they have been undertaking responsibility effectively allocating resources and guiding flow funds to areas underdeveloped through introduction private capital. The emergence microfinance has intensified competition in market built a new pattern service systems. As driven by multiple objectives, these must face issue how integrate services for “three rurals” (rural economy, community, residents) as well small, medium, micro enterprises with own finances sustainable effective manner. On basis dual objectives full consideration characteristics companies, this study constructed performance evaluation system exclusively commercial China drawing on foreign micro-credit institutions analytic hierarchy process Delphi method.
